Before starting Wilkins Tech Works, I spent a few years as a Technical Account Manager at Synology, working directly with MSPs, IT teams, and enterprise clients on NAS infrastructure, backup systems, and multi-site surveillance deployments. Before that, I was compatibility and performance testing at Microsoft's Games Studios, making sure hardware and software hold up under real-world conditions. I will also happily nerd out about your gaming rig if you want to go there.

I have seen the same problems everywhere I have worked with small businesses: backup that has never been tested, security that exists only on paper, and IT support that is either absent or "serviced" by a national call center that does not know your network from anyone else's. Wilkins Tech Works exists because Snohomish County businesses deserve better IT. Real expertise, local presence, and someone you can actually reach.
